5 ULTIMATE PACKING TIPS FOR A WINTER GETAWAY

Morning! It’s Friday babes 🙂 I will not say sorry again for the lack of posts but just let me tell you that our «secret» project is going soooo well that I can not wait to share it with you. It will be soon and then the blog will be more active as always.

A few weeks ago I spent 5 days in Paris during «normal» time (not fashion week) so I thought it could be interesting to share with you my 5 ULTIMATE PACKING TIPS FOR A WINTER GETAWAY. We are talking about visiting a city, not to ski or some other winter activities. So, here we go:

  • LAYER LOOKS ARE THE BEST IDEA. Outside will be very cold and inside places the temperatures normally will be so much higher so layering outfits is the best idea.
  • KNITWEAR IS YOUR FRIEND. For the same reason, take with you a few of your warmer knit jumpers and cardigans.
  • ONE PIECE, TWO USES. Put in your suitcase a minimum of one coat that you can use twice or three times. I wore this camel coat from Revolve.
  • SNEAKERS. Probably you’ll walk a lot so, after the first day you will only want to wear them.
  • SOMETHING TRENDY. Ok, you are playing tourist and you want to dress casual… but a casual chic look is better. You want to still look stylish so don’t wear only basic casual clothes. Add that trendy touch that you love.
  • DON’T MISS YOUR FAVORITE ACCESSORIES. In my opinion is a mistake to don’t put them in your suitcase in order to save space. All right, you don’t want to carry all your favorite accessories but this does not mean that you can not take with you your 4 -5 pieces that you know you feel so good wearing them. In my case, it’s all about sunglasses and bags. But please, put them in your hand luggage, we don’t want any dramas here… in my case, I always travel with my Neverfull Louis Vuitton bag and all these things fit inside!

I hope these tips can be useful for your next trip and let me know in the comments below if you have any other tips! Wishing you a wonderful weekend and see you on my Instagram!
